    I recently started a new job and since the beginning have felt like there’s never enough time to get everything done that needs to be done. After switching for 5 minutes at home, I feel rejuvenated and re-centered; ready to release the nonessential tasks and to embark on completing those that are more pressing or urgent.

      Hi Emily! Thanks for sharing! I often feel like there is not enough time to do what needs to be done. That’s when I use switching most. I’m glad that switching helped you re-center and focus for the rest of your day.

    At first I didn’t think anything was going to happen during this exercise, but eventually my mind calmed and my breathing regulated. I also liked the suggested music to use, as it provided a good rhythmic backing which I used to regulate my breath. I felt refreshed afterwards! I will definitely use this technique again.

I find the more I practice these types of body-based relaxation techniques, the faster and better the technique works as you become more and more aware of your body.     I have small kids that are busy and so finding time to meditate can be hard for me. I tried switching today and it was so nice. A small respite in my busy day. I hadn’t heard of this before, thanks for sharing this, Bethany. ❤️

    Hi Bethany
    After a bout of flu and struggling with lack of motivation in my life I decided to give Switching a go. I put the suggested music on and sat with my dog and wow am so pleased I pushed myself to do the exercise, I felt so much better after and am so pleased with myself, this is a big step in my life and I am so pleased I found your website you have really been the push that I needed. Thank you☺️❤️🌟
